the new crankcase and clutch only have 6000 miles, but no extended warranty.

Mooty and I talked at length about doing a stripper 7 gt3 Rs but the wall we hit is how many hours and labor to disable all the nannies wo affecting the handling of the car. Mooty even states raceshops cringe on thinking about disabling it. Mike

This is the Achilles heel of turning any 997, Cayman into a full on race-car.

I have run into this issue many times with my 997, and its the only reason I have not boughten a 997 GT3 or this car to turn into a racecar.

In the end its just cheaper to buy a cup car.

For car #1 she was "busy". For car #2 she was in Mexico. For car #3 I swear she was standing right next to me. For car #4 she just rolled her eyes. For this car I need...... a buyer and a shrink.
