I like the TCD tow hook but it looks like the ring could bounce up and down off the bumper or is it held in the down position and you have to loosen the bolt to move it up?

I won't be heading over until Sat and should arrive around 7 ish. If you can grab a spot that would be good if not I will paddock on the grass with the rest of the Hoi Poi.
I'm trailering down from Atlanta and should roll in some time late Friday afternoon. Never been to Sebring, but, if someone will direct to me to a certain area, I will go ahead and set up a spot.
Randy, when are you planing to arrive? I think Jenk and I will arrive together...
