2010 GT3 running OEM wheels with 245 MPSC fronts, 2.7 camber, lowered 15mm from stock ride height incurring minor rubbing on front left fender lip no rubbing on spring. Rolled fender lip slightly more than stock and no more rubbing at Barber Motorports Park but keeping a close watch. Hoping for a positive result in Sebring next week. Anyone else running a simular set up?

So, what are the widest tires (front and rear) you can run on the 997.2 GT3 with the OEM wheel and a street/track alignment?

Am getting ready to buy new tires and would like a little more "grip" without rubbing or rolling the fenders.

315 Hooser works fine but the 325 MPSC will not work with the OEM wheels and my set up.

Once the Super Sport comes out in the 325 I will try the 245/325 setup.
Larry i know this is an old thread but i am looking to have a custom set done and i wanted to confirm that your 19x9 et 54 fit no problem up front? i do not see how this is possible after adding the 1/4" up front, i calculated you may have 2-3mm between the oem wheels and the springs and therefore after taking into account the 6.35mm you'll be adding due to wheel width and oem wheels being an et 53 I don't see how anything over an et 50 could fit.

appreciate all the help!

Hi Steve, I sold the car last September, so I am working from memory, however I had no problem with the HREs at any time on the car. BTW these offsets were those recommended by HRE for the 7.2 w/PCCB.

hope that helps

p.s
you might want to check with HRE on their recommended offsets... I'm only going by what they wrote on the outside of the boxes the wheels came delivered in!

damnit okay I appreciate the help. I’m not going with HRE sadly and they don’t give out offsets or sizes to anyone unless you’ve already bought wheels from them

All I can say is that those were the specs on my wheels and I never had a problem

Good luck and yes this was 7.2 GT3 w/PCCB not RS
