Tomorrow AM?
I better see some pics before noon than. Actually, why don't you come show it at Barber?
You're gonna be in it anyway, might as well drive somewhere ;-)

Wow, the life of the idle rich. Most people would have to get back to work. Haha

LOL.

Met a few great people and Rennlisters today.

Not my best driving. A lot of traffic, hard to find rithm for me.

Best I could do in this weather.
Bit disapointed, there was a lot more time to be found, but varying grip made it tough.
It was the first event for Barber this season, green track maybe too?

I was still trying different things and trying to set a better lap at the same time. TBL was 1:38. I was carrying more and more speed, but not enough straight line braking, not confident in what the car would take yet or even what the best line was.
All in all difficult track, but fun and challenging. The facility is just un believable. Manicured country club, super clean and impressive, artsy do not describe it well enough..Museum is breath taking.

I was at Barber last year for a couple days for the PSDS. Great track! I'd love to go back. Just not with the PSDS.

What corner did the accident happen? Seems like there is a lot of run off there.

Peter IMHO, 1:38 is a great time!!, excellent drive!!

I only managed 1:43 on my 997.1 GT3 last year,...also my only visit there ever,...Barber is a very technical track, not easy to learn it well in two days, beautiful facilities nothing like that in SF.

Peter that is still a great time!!,...I really liked Barber, the first day I felt It was very hard, the elevation changes adds another level of sensations and complexity.

I was last weekend at Road Atlanta which I liked better,...very fast and easier to learn,...
I cannot wait to do VIR in july with PBOC!!

Thank you.

That wasn't good, that was OK for first weekend..
Must go back to do good driving. I find some speed eventually, but have to build up slowly.

The pro's and talented are unbelievable. Show up get in car and be fast..

Since I taped off the Microphone it sopunds better. It also helped a lot that they allowed the passenger window to stay closed! What a joy!!

I think I like Barber better now after Sebring and VIR..
Road atlanta is fun, but not as challenging as the others

you are very modest! i like how you slowly unwind the steering and have a linear foot on/off the throttle. great car control. strong fundamentals to go back with. was great driving, man.
