Randy,

You need to get a life outside Sebring. Come to Mid Ohio Apr 15/17 with OVR PCA. Get to work on those elevation changes.

Peter

ps Buy Tim's pipe so I don't have to listen to him whine.

I told him he needs to come up to Road Atlanta, as well. I think he likes those flat courses with plenty of room to spin

RA is on my list for this year, probably in July with Chin. If you think Sebring has a lot of room for spins boy are you in for a surprise. The walls get pretty close in Turns 17, 1, Bishops Bend and 16 has bit a lot of people.

No doubt. I was referring to Randy's exploits at RRR this weekend - he had a lot of fun coming out of turn 8.

I'm thinking of doing the Chin event in July as well. Hopefully, we'll see you there.

The rooms in the cheap wing are crap, the new, expensive wing is nice.
The biggest benefit is that there is no driving involved between the bar and your bed..

If you spend enough time at the bar the room wont matter.......it is a good place to tell lies

If you come up for the June Chin event, we can get three straight days - 2 w/ Peachstate PCA (June 4&5 - http://www.peachstatepca.org/calendar/calendar.asp#June ) and 1 with Chin (June 6). One day at Road Atlanta will probably just leave you frustrated. Also, should be cooler.

That's my cents...

That might work too

All these track days make me realize I need to make a boy or girl with a restock in the garage of track tires

I'm doing RA this coming weekend with PBOC, I'm doing Homestead with NASA on march 12, 13 and PBIR April 30-1. Maybe Sebring with Chin on March 26-27 and/or April 9, definitely Sebring with PBOC on May 13,14,15. And depending how it goes this weekend (first time in RA with new car) I may come back in July with Chin.

Yes Chateau Elan's new wing is better and more convenient, but I have also stayed at the Marriott and La Quinta and they are not bad choices either, for a dinner chice other than Outback I recommend to try Don Jose's mexican restaurant, good food a good tequila also!!

+1...I'm done with the Chateau...even the nice section is getting run down. Everytime I stay there and I request and pay extra for the newer so called nice section I have a problem....TV remotes not working...TV cable yanked from wall and plug broke, vomit in the sink...no lie....air conditioner not working, no towels for bath, toliet not cleaned and so forth. The housekeeping at the Chateau is horrible..... and I find these things well after I check in and run back down to go to dinner....then I have to argue to change rooms at 11pm at night.....I'm done with this place. I'm staying at the Marriott Residence Inn and there I can get my Marriott points too.
Don Jose's is one of my favorite Mexican resturants in Florida!

Thanks for the info Gus and Mike. Marriott & Don Jose's sounds like a plan. Looking forward to see y'all there.
