Tire Rack Date Code explanation

so we've determind the tires are just a few weeks over 1 yrs old. very acceptable age for a BRAND NEW tire!
shipping-wise: tirerack tells me $29 bucks for shipping so ill match that! $550 shipped to anywhere in the USA. Tirerack is at $647 shipped.
Brand new, save a $100 bucks by buying my set for $550 shipped, hopefully someone can jump on this nice money saving opportunity.
