just a thought. I am not sure if it is feasible to make the changes to the
front which would minimally require the .2 front bumper and splitter.

Please at least obtain and install a .1 cup front splitter on your car (if you have not already done so)

I think you will find that that mounting points for the airbox in the engine compartment will be the same for the RS airbox as the .1.

I do not believe the 997.2 creates twice the downforce at all. I may switch to 997.2 bumper, but mainly for LED DRL's. I am running Oakley Design lip now and can always switch back to cup lip if necessary.

Porsche's pricing is ridiculous on some things. Too bad there's not a solid aftermarket option. The front bumper cover price is insane right now!
