I've met Rad today and I hope we gave him a warm welcome to Sebring. Welcome to SuperSolo Rad! I think he ran 2:23's today and that is nothing to sneeze at. Can you now explain to the folks at the wrong coast what bumpy means?

Great Job!!!! The NASA Florida record in TTS is a 2:20.40, the TTU a 2:18.18.
Thanks. It's mostly car, love the stock suspension.

How do you feel the bumps LOL. No bumps, no Sebring.

Yes, stock gearing, 911Slow explained the rest as usual

do you keep your windows open so as to hear where your tires are at?
or for ventilation?
The geniuses here seem to know better then the manufacturers and make us drive with the windows open rain, freezing cold or tropical humid heat.. Weird. Racing required window nets..I offered to buy the corner workers a hammer.

I have no choice, these guys will pass me at the slightest hesitation.
It's all car, I love the brakes and my Cup LSD

"nice laps."
I highly recommend moving
The RS almost drives itself

I think allignment might be OK, but i am still cording the inside rear tires in 4 days.. Only -1.7 camber and 2mm toe in each side.. Tires are difficult in 30 degree weather, by the time PSI comes up they get greasy from heat, so there are only 3 fast laps lap 1 - 4, after that slower and slower. Today PSI rear went from 26 to 44. Only solution I found was drive 5 laps come in and have an "assistant" correct PSI and throw me a twinky.

I know but 28 degree's in Florida is even weirder, I could hardly sleep worrying my water wetter might freeze.. The driving suit was actually comfy for a change.

Yup, I'll have that 2:199 forever. Maybe even better one day when the next arctic storms hits Florida

How's the RS shopping going? I was told 4th. is faster. Seems to work, cars around me going to 3rd pull a bit, but when the shift I'm there again.

Thanks for all the kind words, fun to share. Now tired and going to sleep.
For fun I will try to post the first 4 laps of our last session today, it was exitingly busy on track.
2 more days driving SuperSolo at Sebring (Now keeping an eye on my mirrors for NJ-GT's FIAT) and I am instructing a student as well Sat + Sun.

Default Fiat at Sebring

NY-GT filled my mirrors with Fiat today. He showed a little mercy and stayed behind me. Or maybe he was just seeing how hard an RS can be over driven;-)

After only 1 day at Sebring

I never knew a fiat would make a good 1/8 mile drag car

Rad proved me wrong last night

I don't now what the published numbers are for 1/8 mile, but it was very close between the fiat and Teo's Panamera Turbo. Rad had the cheater A6 Hoosiers on the car, Teo was on street tires.

Rad knows how to drive allright...
