As for the price...do you have a hook-up on PS2's? Last set I bought was almost $2000 from TRack, so $1,400 for the Toyo's seems good to my cautiously optimistic wallet.
Hmmm, last time I purchased PS2s from Paul, I believe they were $1400 a set, but that was 4-5 years ago, my memory maybe failing me. I believe I also paid $1200 or so for R888s last year, not that they are comparable directly, just a perception. If PS2s are $2K, then Proxes 1s would be great value. I wonder how the Super Sports will be priced. The MPSCs are about $1900 for N-spec I believe.

I have no direct seat to seat track driving comparison to make, but based on my road driving observations of both tires the Proxes 1 is much quieter and noticeably more comfortable. Turn in on the Proxes 1 felt slightly more crisp to me, I assume as a result of the dual compound front tire Toyo uses versus the single compound Bridgestone. I would like to have some seat time with the RE-11 and AD-08 Yoko to compare though.

Based on the only listed Super Sport pricing I have seen we should expect at least a 13% premium over the PS2. Based on current PS2 pricing i would speculate we will see them for $2,100-$2,200 in 235/305 sizing.

Vortex does the alignments and tire changes and some of the oil and brake fluid changes. I going to start doing my own brake fluid changes.
