since your car is new, just get fluid. if u have steel rotors, consider some aggressive pads in addition to brk fluid.

and for those who has doubts on porsche brakes, pls go drive a bmw then you will immediately stop complaining.

Stock Porsche brakes are pretty amazing compared to BMW brakes.

I've never tracked a bmw. Are even the m3 brakes not up to the task?

I have had both E46 and E92 and both were complete let down - they were rubbish! if they had bothered to improve brakes on E92, it would have made a huge diference. The engine was mega. Bit like having the girlfriend with a body like jenna jameson but the face of slapped *** - and no matter what you use to cover up the face, that *** just keeps on talkin and it affects the performance!

Yes they are! If you drive flat out and never use them. They weigh nothing too. : )

If you have to apply them they are excellent, for braking a couple of times, then you take a nap at the nearest motel for an hour and off you go.

Recently sold my new e92 m3 with 5K miles - horrible brakes. Needed new rotors and pads after 2 light track days. If you have an M3, I recommend stoptechs or brembo kit. This car was not set up to track out of the box.
