I think this is a viral thread designed to get us fools parting with our money ... here's a vendor with a very tidy solution to getting the car at a good working height.

Thank you. Very cool -- the dual stands are really clever. But expensive! Now, if they only had wheels on them. You probably wouldn't want wheels for the dual stands, though, because they lift rather high and it might not be as stable or safe. Plus, it wouldn't be necessary to roll the car around while it's that high. But at the lower elevation, you could probably come up with a wheeled stand that would be secure. I know it's been done -- I just haven't seen one.
Maybe I can make some....
