Not sure if this is an appropriate thread but I am looking to replace the entire exhaust on my 2007 GT3 RS. I dented the headers and broke the ceramic internals in one of the cats when I went off road at VIR. I'm thinking of going with either the oakley or Quicksilver titanium. I think the two are about the same in terms of weight savings, about 25lbs, and hp gain, around 10-20hp. However, I think they go for around $7K. Just wondering if there are any other options. For example, what about a sharkwerks track exhaust? I would prefer to spend a little less but it would be nice to get the weight savings and added HP.

there is also Akrapovic for titanium headers, uses 100 cell cats... probably similar in price to what you listed above, if not a little less i think.

I have the Europipe Track Exhaust (not on right now, took it off) but a very good piece and cheap.

DO NOT attempt to contact Oakley. They are out of business. Oakley is requesting wire trfs. before any shipments, and you will never see any products from them. This has happened to numerous members. Quite well noted on the boards of the payment/no product issues that people are going through with them. CAVEAT EMPTOR.

you might want to keep them just in case you sell the car in the future, take the sharky system off and sell it separately ... esp if you trade the car to a
Porsche dealer they will most likely want to re-install the oem system to CPO the car ...
