I have the same, works very well actually. I suggest checking out the wiring diagram (page 5) and following the wires. Start with the fuse box...disassemble as your curiosity leads you. LINK

What a mission!

Mine just stopped working since I changed a new battery last week, Called Escort and they told me to trace power button to the control module. Found out my daughter was messing with the DIM button so it was off. I got all excited when I hit the button and it came on to Auto mode. I then started my car on Friday and now it is completely dead. No power source!

You'll probably have to disable driver signing in Windows 10. Google the how to on that and you should be able to do it.

Not a driver signing issue. USB Device Not Recognized error. :[ X-band and POP work but nothing else... Maybe next thing is to take out the receiver and send it in?

Received a new RJ cable to USB, traced it back to the interface and plugged it in with new USB cable. recognized and detected the 9500ci, started the update and then froze. Waited about 10 minutes and tried again, same thing over and over. Now I get no display. Called Escort, was told the interface and display were likely corrupted. :/

Have to send it in; since it's software related, should be free to fix...
