2. USA cars have the GT2 bucket seat, foldable but no reclining type. the seat back is thicker than GT3 (CGT seats). so what sort of clearance issues? can seat be moved all the way back?
i can move my GT2 seat all the way back in my 997.1 with clubsport bar.
So a clubsport bar will fit a non rs 997.1 gt3 with sunroof

Yes it fits, I have it in my 2008 997.1 with sunroof, it is a tight fit, so some care has to be taken during installation in order not to damage the roof liner.
How much for the front section, I could be interested depending on the price, so I can complete the whole cage in the future!!
Seats should be able to move all the way back, since they do so in the Clubsport MK2 ROW RS' in Europe. Same bar, same seats....
Its a tight fit though...
I moved the bar back as far as possible, even tilting it back more than stock and it is a very tight fit.
I tilted my seat also and it touched the bar on hard cornering.
Waiting on confirmation for price 1-3,4-6, 6+ quantities, etc... Should have an answer by tonight or tomorrow. I originally inquired for the Clubsport roll bar, which comes with the clubsport package in Europe. I just asked if a full cage is available....
