Do a corner balance, and learn to drive the thing at the limit first. Then buy more tires because you will probably track the heck out of the car

For street use, I would replace the front fenders and front wheels with standard GT3 ones and save the originals for track use or resale. I just don't like the "Cayenne" stick-on arches. Porsches deserve better.

imho, the stick on arches are a big deal. Sure, perhaps they shouldn't have been stick on, but they are too important to take off since they probably do as much for laptimes as the aero and hp (considering they allow the wider wheels).

Wishful thinking.
Still closest thing to a track ready road car, but I am pretty sure you guys are going to need:
18" BBS + R compound tires, or slicks
Torque bar
Roll bar and 6point seat belts
Allign and corner balance
Studs instead of caliper bolts, or eventually TimeCerts.
CUP rear toe arms
.....

My recommendation to any new RS owner would be: PSDS.

Actually, "Porsche Sport Driving School" ... I've done their two-day and three-day events ... remarkably good value to be on track under pro instruction all day in their new model 911s plus skid pad and trail-braking sessions off track where it's safe(r) to go beyond normal limits.

The best mod you can start with indeed......this should be included in the cost of the car IMHO
