Im shocked as well.. 50+ lbs off the rear of the Gt3 is worth its weight in gold.. Then you factor in the sound, its a no brainer..

Ditto here. I've been wanting this system for some time now. BUT, I'm worried about the sound limits at Roebling. Can anyone offer insight?

Sorry, but not a chance of them being exact....Full on track exhaust will prob fail every @ track that has sound limitations...I had them both...bypass is very civil...track exhaust is downright offensive...it screams down the highway just the way I like it!!! (bring earplugs for first time passengers)

Hans, think unrestricted RSR screaming by as it passes you at Road Atlanta and scrambling your brains as it does so!!)

Ah, thanks Frans! It would really suck to buy this (and I really want it), only to find that I can't use it. I had to put turn outs on the P race car to get around the sound limitations. Certainly don't want to do that on the RS.

I like the bypass system as well. But, it only saves 16 pounds. I was really looking to take weight out of the rear, as I'm adding weight for the half cage. Maybe buy it, try it and sell it if it doesn't work at the track?
