I guess everyone has a different driving style.if it wernt for the excessive tyre wear id go with 100% track setting. in short i want the setup to be closest to track but without the tyre wear penalty for street driving i.e dont want understeer at all(2010 stock gt3 has excessive understeer at low speed corners).oversteer is managable if you respect the cars limits and your own.
