Never bought a car at Carlsen.

Someone from here bought a nice used 997 recently from Al at Livermore Porsche and was quite happy with the car and the deal and the experience. Ths buyer came up from southern CA to buy the car and drove it home.

Last May I've bought a new Porsche (Cayman S) at Stead Porsche. Norbert was the salesman's name and my experience with him was quite satisfactory.

Last June bought a used 996 Turbo at Fremont Porsche, from... Gee just last June and I can't remember the salesman's name. Anyhow, while the car buying experience was ok unfortunately I can't say the same for the service experience at that dealer. The service quality seems to have fallen a bit.

Barry! Just remembered the salesman's name at Fremont Porsche.

Will add that the service I've received at both Livermore Porsche and Stead Porsche (Walnut Creek) quite good and can recommend their service departments. Same for Rector Porsche in Burlingame. Had my Turbo serviced there once and my Boxster too and both times service was quite good.
