Default Had an inspiring realization today...

I realized this morning that so far this year, from Jan 1st through today, I have only once put a tank of gas into the GT3 where I wasn't driving directly to, on, or from a race track. Not bad considering it's my daily driver -- it's great having a short commute and Texas weather that allows for year-round track weekends.

That does include my drive out to Angleton and back to spectate at 24 Hours of LeMons, so it's not entirely on-track, but I figure that's close enough to count for something.

I don't know how you do it. Track days require that I take along an additional 10 gallons. I do not drive the car everyday; however, I do find that I have to fill up 1.5 time per week.
