Hey Peter,

is 18" the preferred size for track use? or is it because there are more tires choices? please educate.

Ok here is the news. We have 5 sets available as of right now. If ordered today delivery is in 1 week.
We have both GT3 and GT3 RS available.
If ordered tommorow BBS states possibly 5 week delivery when more centers come from overseas.
If you want them I need a deposit today.

This looks to be $100 more than the list price. Are you still checking for some sort of a group rate? Thanks.

The prices I posted are as per what I was told by BBS this morning.

I have spoken to the owner and even though he feels we will sell all our sets without difficultly, we are still willing to take $250 off the previously posted prices if 5 sets are spoken for from this forum.

GT3 $6000
GT3 RS $6250

This is the official list. If interested please put name here then contact me via pm to arrange for deposit.

1.
2.
3.
4.
5.

Thanks
John

Just got confirmation and ordered 30 sets of these wheels guys. Forgings are on the way from overseas.

Let me know if you want to pre-order them for mid may delivery.

This is what I heard from BBS today on that...

There are 1-piece monoblocs in 19” designed but they require a 10-set pre-order which we are not prepared to do at this time, especially considering the price point is twice that of the 3-piece wheels. All of the interest has been for track day usage negating the prospect of three-piece wheels due to tire availability. As the tire technology advances, there may be sufficient interest to warrant such a commitment, but until then demand dictates supply.

hope that helps

Thank you for posting this. It explains a few things. I wish BBS would have just come out to say this instead of the vague "it's coming". Maybe when HRE announces their monoblocs soon, that will change things.

Do somebody know the weigth difference between this wheels and the the previous GT3's E88's, 5 lug wheels?
Will BBS offer the new one with 5 lugs for the 2007-08 GT3?

Just put the wheels on a proper scale.

Front 18x9 = 21.8lbs and Rear 18x12 = 24.8lbs
