Hi Edgy01,

I always admire your stunning blue C4S Cab. I know a gentleman (Tom) who is ordering a 997.2 C4S Cab in your PTS color. Tom once mentioned to me that his build is inspired by yours.

Regards,
- Alex.

Riviera Blue

Very hard to capture accurately in a photo. Here's a lousy pic or two but they do show the color fairly well.

My '06 C2S...

I like that Atlas Grey example.
I saw a Meteor Grey '10 GT3 a couple of days ago. Excellent color for the GT3.
I think Orange could be fun, especially on the RS. Maybe as a "wrap" on a white one.
If I was going with PTS, I'd want to find a color with historical significance to the 911.
I think blue is a little too "pleasant" for the GT3 and RS. If I was to choose a blue, it would probably be this darker version (Maritime?) and it's certainly not a blue I see around.

Here it is. How about this one. This is one of Seinfeld's ex cars.

Adriatic Blue.

This would look awesome on an RS. This is a great shade of blue. It's a fairly deep color, and one that you just never see. I love it!

That color (lighter blue) is Mexico Blue. Go through both the 997 and 993 Rennlist forums and do a search for BLUE and you're going to find many examples of them.
I love your friend's Santa Barbara Blue Ruf Cayman...

JAMS, any chance you could add Gulf Blue (unsure of Glasurit name) in your "blue review" above ? I am considering one of these for a PTS '11 RS. I actually thought Mexico and Riviera were the same until you sent them out side by side. Many thanks.

Here is Gulf Blue on a GT, historic yes but a great looker? And I believe you won't get a Gulf Blue car, Dan (Edgy01) was turned down.

Middle picture is Aetna Blue.

Me I partial to Maritime

All are PTS non-metallic blues.

Thanks for the above JAMS. Bruce R is correct. Gulf Blue just washes away on the car. I'm gravitating progressively darker...Mexico or Maritime. I'm sure I will change my mind 12 more times.
