had the same thing done ... now i have sports exhaust always on ... just one thing did you tape up the both connectors or just the one?

Just listened to the engine after a long drive. I could tell the pop is more frequent but much much less pronounce. The dealer didn't find anything wrong, and the car runs fine. I'm beginning to like it, just like all the other noise. This now goes down the book in chapter "nothing to worry about".
