Great news! Much cheaper than synchros. Talk to Matt at Guard Transmission, he's been great to work with. Once my car comes out of storage, I'm replacing the stock materials with the Guard stuff. For replacement of the stock parts with Guard parts, it's $750. To change the lockup ratios, it's another $750 for the ramps.

Sorry, I meant to say final drive. I'll wait with the diff until I can do it myself and mail it to Matt. I want 17% shorter drive, which would mean lots of turns where we run out of revs in second I would be able to take in 3rd. Pressure plate still looked great, but I rather replace it since I have 21K miles on it along with a new bearing.
