Anyone ordering 10 GT3 RS, check your production date with the dealer. I was going to change some options but I could not. My guy told me my production date was changed to 2/10/10 from 4/1/10.

strange, i didn't know that production dates for april cars are already assigned, let alone moved forward?

Just found out I am bumped up by a week, from Feb 8 to Feb 2 for production completion. I think others have mentioned they have been bumped up as well.

Regardless of what the stock market might seemingly indicate, the economy is in a deep sh*t hole, car sales are soft, and I am sure Porsche will be pulling production dates closer all year.

That seems to be the case. I hear that production numbers will be significantly reduced across all models, perhaps with the exception of Panamera and the new Cayenne.

After hearing everyones dates have moved up, decided to call about mine. It's didn't mov,e still 1/26 production complete date. He told me it was at step 20 whatever that means. I'm not one to track it every step of the process ... so I'll just wait for the call ..."It's here ready to be picked up"

My dealer called me today and said that I had a completion date of April 14th on a March build.
Expect delivery around may 14th.

Initially announced in January, my rs will be built February 23rd
pity for me ...
otherwise it will be blue!
but it should be delivered in early March

I have a May production slot but the dealer has talked to the factory and were told the May build cars will be 2011 models. I also got confirmation on GT3's being built again beginning with May production as 2011 cars.

Feb 23rd was my date and as of today it is still good. Car is in paint as of today.

My car was originally scheduled to be a late May car and now it is scheduled for an April 14th completion date.
