i'm pretty much done with oem steel rotors. i'd prefer something that doesn't change the stock brake bias and something that makes good combo with pagid rs29 pads. has anyone tried girodisc?
here's my oem steel rotors. the cracks are just not confidence inspiring.

yup many track and street miles. silly me bought oem rear rotors early on thinking the rears would go out first. rears still seem fine at 27.7mm and no cracks.

i would use protosport slotted discs.
cheap and last 2x longer than oem
heavier than oem, but i dont really care.

I have a set of front rotors from PFC off my sold GT3. Used two track sessions before car sold. Great brakes.

Firstly your cracked rotors are still ok. When cracks join two or more holes, or go to the edge of the rotor you replace them.
I replaced mine with DeMan slotted rotors. Doing fine after 28 track days. I think they were 600 the pair.
Best,

Bob I add that another indication of rotor replacement is when the cracks exceed 7mm. the one crack coming from the hole second one up on the left side of the picture frame looks as if it joined with another and is longer than 7mm. For the cost of rotors compared to the risk I would swap out this rotor. I agree the general rule also includes 2 holes connecting or a crack to the edge of the disk. but any one of those require replacement.

The same here but I use the Protosport slotted ones, I do replace them ones when the slots are worn enough to become smaller.

The Giro Disc work great and I see them on a few cars I track with. I was going to get Giro fronts for my 09 Carrera S but I looked at the cost. $319 for stock which last me around 10, maybe 12-14 DE's (1 year) at Sebring/Daytona or $1700 for Giro's that are reported to last around 18 or so DE's at Sebring. I can get 4-5 years of stock rotors for the price of 1 set of Giro's.
I'd love to have Giro's but do not have the money to burn.

You still have some DE's left in those. Mine crack like that after around 5-6 DE's them stay looking like that until later on then the cracks finaly start to connect.
