Default 335's on stock gt3

does anyone know if 335's will fit on the rear of a stock .2 gt3? i am looking at the nitto nt05.

with 19's, the tire choices are very limited.

i have two track days coming up (jan 9 at willow springs and jan 16 at fontana) and my mpsc's are gone in the rear. so need advice regarding fitment with 335's. i am afraid i may be pushing the envelope.

would prefer 315's or 325's but can't find them in 19's.

tia for any advice.

335's will rub, especially if you do not have any aggressive geo on your rear wheels.
I fitted 325s on my rears but that was with neg1.5 deg on rears.

They will indeed rub without your suspension being setup for it camber wise as the poster above mentioned! IMO it's unnecessary , on my gt2 I ran 335's for a few sets, there is just too much sidewall and makes the car feel a bit sloppy in comparison to some 315's all on a 12" wheel! Stick with 315 max 325's ! Check out the nitto nt01

I run 335 R6s on a 12" wide wheel with no problems.

U will experience flexes more in that 335 than 305
The new Cup Car 2010 has got its rims width widened to 12.5 but tire size remains unchanged from the previous generations. This has the effect of stiffening the sidewall and optimizing the tire pressure as well. In otherwise, a slightly stretched is better than squashed in.
