I know this is an old resurrected thread BUT will say this.
Back in 2009 I bought these Sparco DTM seats for my 997.1 GT3.
Bottomline ... these seats DO NOT FIT!!!!!
They are gorgeous and very light BUT they do not fit PROPERLY.
As was stated, they rub against the center console and bump against the door.
With the submitted mounting components you sit way too high. You CAN NOT sit in the seat and wear a helmet without crunched against the roof and my thighs pushed against the steering wheel.
Bottomline these seats are awesome (reason why I bought them) BUT THEY DO NOT FIT!
Back them I contacted Speedware and spent dollars for their bullcrap solution but they sucked. Their solution to make the belts work was total bull$h!t.
They sucked, spent wasted money.
I had to sell the seats at a total RAPE price. Sadly I felt sorry for the guy I sold them to EVEN I explained the sever difficulty with a proper fit.
