WOW - Makes the GT3.1 RS look tame. I think those colors are horrible, and the writing is an embarassment, unless you're 22 years old.

The rest is cool, but I could never get past the colors.

It wil be my daily driver and only car.

I am sure there will be an option to leave the red or gold off. In White, no stickers and lipstick, I am OK. The grey or blue seem out of place.

Just like I do now. Only 9 miles one way to work, 2 exits, better than coffee before work and better than a drink to relax after work.....

This car is meant for the "many other cases", not to park in front of a posh restaurant.

997 GT3 RS mkII ROCKS!!!

It's brash and showy but unlike a riced up econobox it can fully backup the looks. The car announces to the world that the owner is a car guy and is secure enough about himself that he doesn't give a crap about what other people who "don't get it" think. It also helps to own another car when you actually don't want to remind others that they "don't get it".

I love it.

Shorter gears, pull handle door opening, single mass flywheel. Well done, Porsche! This is how the 997 mkI RS should have been.

Bear in mind that Florida is essentially a big flat paved track with lights, traffic, and few gators thrown in to keep things interesting. Perfect place for a slot-car like this...

The car's just PERFECT!!!

Sure, they could have offered more color choices but then they have to preserve the distinction of the Orange and Green from the Mk1 RS.

I kinda like the Red lipstick effect and the graphics. Bear in mind this car's intended to be seen on the track or on the way to the track...not at your country club or on the front porch of a 5 star establishment.

Love it!!!

I think the reaction you are seeing is that a lot of guys will have trouble with wife acceptance factor (WAF)

I love it, and am somewhat surprised that all the chatter is about color and not performance... I am more curious as to why they photographed it with red (iron rotors?) versus yellow (ceramics). Is there a subtle message, or a new option?

It seems that it is further separated from the GT3 and clearly occupies a spot as a "specialty" car for the "nearly" hard core. The cup cars are for the "real" hard core!

I think the gray with red decals is the hawtest, sexiest car ever! That does not automatically translate to me wanting to be seen driving it, but as pure artwork it's buckling my knees! I am in love.

I would probably choose white with gold. And daily driver for sure!
