for sale: CCW wheels (C10) w/ Nitto NT-01 - bargain!
Set of CCW (Complete Custom Wheel) wheels (model C10) with Nitto NT-01 tires & tire pressure monitor
6 months old - Used on 07 Porsche 911 GT3 RS
Offset is for gt3 RS (997)
WHEELS:
Fronts:
18X9 CCW C10 BLACK POWDER COATED
with TPMS (tire pressure monitoring sensor)
$1,500.00 originally (before tax & shipping)
Rears:
18X12 CCW C10 BLACK POWDER COATED
with TPMS (tire pressure monitoring sensor)
$1,600.00 originally (before tax & shipping)
Notes on wheels:
Offset is for 911 GT3 RS – 07 model year
Rears - are like new
Fronts - are like new on the outside but there is a small thin scratch on one of them to the powder coat on the inside (not visible when on the car) when a pebble got stuck between break caliper and rim and caused this scratch (see pic of detail).
About the scratch: at it’s deepest point, the scratch is about 1 mm.
It is a thin line. In the process the pebble took off the balancing weight - you can see where they used to be – it is the larger color patch (that is not a scratch), where the balancing weigths used to be – the wheel has been rebalanced and weights moved to the edge of the inner section of the rim to avoid pebble taking them off again.
TIRES:
Fronts: 245/40-18 Nitto NT-01 (performance tires) $440 orig. (before tax & shipping)
50% tread left – worn evenly
Rears: 315/30-18 Nitto NT-01 (performance tires) $650 orig. (before tax & shipping)
30% tread left – worn evenly
Never a puncture – not patched or plugged
Whole package new with shipping was $4860.
Orange "Porsche" lettering added $150 - it is a sticker and can be removed
Sold as is - Asking $1999 - PM me if interested or questions.
Here are some pictures of the wheels below.

May be interested if you are happy to arrange shipping to UK ( at my expense)
Forgive my ignorance but why did you go for these wheel sizes on an 997 RS?
Cheers
John
PS I knew they wouldn't fit a GT3 the rear offsets are wrong... I have a set of wheels left over from my previous 997 GT3 sat in the garage.. still deciding whether to just sell them or get some spacers for the rears. And get them repainted, white spoked wheels on an orange RS might look a bit odd!

Trakcar - the fronts fit just fine, the rears have a slightly different offset for the RS
Mental - I don't mind shipping to the UK if you don't mind pre-paying?
I would be slightly worried shipping these without having money in hand - nothing personal.
I recommend against the spacers - not good for the car + extra weight...
As to why I went for this size: more availability of rubber in these sizes, wheels/tires are lighter and cheaper, and the dynamics of the car are quite improved - I have set some very fast times with them - just ask CJ or Crispening :-)

Have checked tires available for your wheels here in the UK; seem to be Toyo R888s only, so will pass on the wheels thanks. (not saying R888s are bad; would just like to have a choice.)
Understand why you'd want payment first. Had wheels from wheelenhancement a year ago, paid them by bank transfer. Delivery was very reasonable. Just waiting for the US$ to fall a bit more in value!
