Paul:

What did you decide on, you have been Porsche..less too long. By the way I saw and touched a 2010 GT3 at Parade and I do like the cosmetic changes they made in the body. They kept it locked so I did not have the chance to get in but it does look great. Back to the question, what decisions have you made?

Paul, you are very quiet, which normally means you are up to something to spring on us. Jack

Sorry about the tooth Paul - post a note from your mother and the forum will excuse you, but only for a few days.

Tim
I think Fed Ex works better according to one of my favorite comedians who is
now deceased like all my other favorite comedians. Tim Headberg
I got better Tues and THEN played golf with my sons Wed. My 14 YO out drove me on two holes
and I quit - now the back is sore. HOWEVER my last shot on 13 was a 158 yard 6 iron
uphill to 5 feet from the hole. I putted it 4 feet PAST the hole and missed the comebacker
So Now i dont feel so well
Still only a X5 and a 335i and waiting

Paul:

Come see me and let's work on your putting, you can't let those youngsters beat you. My Son, who is 40, has me play from the back tees against him. He is a +2 handicap ( for those that don't know that means he gives a zero 2 strokes. The only way I stay close is to get into his head.... and I do. In the car and or on the course we have got to keep our edge. Jack

Jack
my two boys are sons of two scientists. They cant get a C in a public school math class. This after
spending $20K each in elementary and middle Catholic school. However nomatter what sport endeavor they choose to play in they are both excellent. I should have used the money from school on golf lessons for both and I would be retired. The 14 YO hit two drives over 260 and the 19 YO hit a 300+ (OB)
So I dont feel that bad. The sad truth is that you take time off and pitching and putting are GONE
till you practice.

Hey Paul

I had same type of back surg. last Sept, L4-5. My doc said golf is really bad for the lower back and advised me to give it up. Just a thought but you may want to follow that road. I also have a 997 GT3, it sat for 5 months until they gave me clearance to drive a clutch. Initial rides were rough, now the back is doing well so I am glad I held on the GT3.

Mark
