Will Mk1 red caliper fit to Mk2 upright?

If I get a Mk1 with red brakes, I will want to retrofit Mk2 front uprights (for better handling) so I need to know whether the 350mm-sized caliper will bolt to Mk2 upright or not. Thanks in advance.
