Default 2010 GT3 ALLOCATION AVAILABLE

My buddies at Porsche of Hilton Head have an allocation that just became available if someone here is looking to spec their own, 2010 GT3. Call Steve Potter at 843-368-2775 cell. These guys are top notch and have treated me nothing but good!

I left a VM for Steve so we'll see what happens. Do you know if they charge over MSRP?

What gives...

Why don't you tell them you are willing to shell out $20K over MSRP and see what happens. Just to find out...

I am on the Michael Stead Porsche mailing list, and received this yesterday:

"I wanted to let everyone know that I can order you a 2009 GT3. Porsche is only going to bring in 143 to all of North America for 2009. We are getting one which you can build for a June/July delivery.

Demand is going to be crazy for this car already fetching 100K over MSRP in New York.

We are going to be asking over MSRP on this car more than likely about 25K over MSRP which would push the car to around 140K. Please pass this around to anyone you guys might know who has interest.

Thank you"

I posted an available at MSRP June allocation here and on 6spd. I was contacted by only 2 people. I know 2 people who just passed on their allocations.

I am not feeling the demand on this one.
