Default Procedure for bedding in PCCB brakes

Preparing to go to the track.
Is there a special procedure for bedding in PCCB's.
Is it similar to steel brakes?
Is it even necessary?
Thanks

The bedding procedure should be same.

You should definitely try to bed them in before you go out on the track.

Here is a link that has a good procedure for bedding

Yes - necessary. Unless you want to drive your car off the track during lap 2 or 3.

Do a search on "green fade", and you'll see what happens with un-bedded PCCBs.

The good news is the brakes feel better and you can heal-toe much better afterwards.

Yes, a LOT happens to a pad in it's first hard heat cycle - the binders used, etc - man, it is so important...
