Default A fool and his money -- Audi R8 V10

Some generous, charitable fool just threw a $500K tax deduction (?) at Audi for first kid on the block status in the R8 V10. If I could laugh and yawn at the same time ...

Good for him, it's for a good cause.
Some people don't need a reason (tax deduction) to be generous.
God bless them.

Then good thing the "yesterday" "look" didn't stop this gentleman from "buying" the first two R8 V10 coming to the US for $850,000 for a good cause.

I guess you'd have to start by reading and comprehending my post before I could answer you.

Indeed, some people are surely jealous of someone and others can't find a shfit key, the question mark, the spell-check and they don't seem to understand the use of an ellipsis.

Good lord! Is "reading comprehension" no longer taught in school?

I saw one in the last few days in a contrast of silver and black. The outside was more "elan" and sophisticated without the cooky contrasts of the first examples. And the exhaust note is enjoyable. Sadly, it's an Audi and it will carry the same depreciation burden as all Audis. And it's already "old news" because of the V10. Pity it doesn't hold up on the track. Sounds great though. But who wants an Audi for over $100K that's going to be worth $50K next year? That's expensive motoring. Like the Gallardo, it's appealing on the outside, but once you get inside and you're faced with Audi cabin design, well, sure the ergonomics are famously refined and "correct" but hell, the appearance is "blecch!"

who ever the dude was who bought them im glad he did. Very nice gesture in these times and for charity.

but the car is not "it" anymore. Soon to have DeLorean appeal.... well, not that bad... but you know...
Audi should leave the supercar to the Lambo division.
