I'd get Malachite/Cocoa (my 2nd fave combo) on any Porsche OTHER than the GT cars. On a Turbo, it'd be stunning...

How about a Carrara White with bold Martini racing stripe down the middle?

MikeBat - I just wet my pants Is that your's? I saw a similar GT3 around Reston last summer, but it was too quick to catch up (was driving my Touareg on that day)... awesome!

is that aftermarket, or can you do that on special order?

Porsche racing green or meteor grey. On the website, the grey looks kinda flat which I like a lot!!

It looks like I'm the only one recommending black.

It's timeless, has excellent resale, and if waxed once in a while will remain timeless. A full hood clear bra pretty much takes care of common swirls and scratches. But if you hate washing and waxing, by all means rule it out.

Here's a interesting factoid (USA Today be damned). Blue used to be known as "loser blue" by car dealers because of its poor resale value. That has changed, though I suspect nordic gold might narrow the buyer spectrum when and if you decide to move on in the future. YMMV.

Any flat colour is good on a GT EXCEPT the creme white, it's almost beige and that's what most senior citizens wear over here. If you got a GT this colour I apologise in advance but I have seen one in the "flesh" .

The sat nav never remembers where it's going but it'll have under POI all the doctor surgeries in your area, it won't go over 55 mph, it will come with a special holder for your disabled badge and worst of all it'll have an RMS leak everyday!!.......... Only jesting.

GT's are special and they deserve a special colour, like I said all the flat colours are great, the bright ones even better. If your a discrete kinda person black is cool if you can be bothered keeping it clean. White is classic and can be played around with stripes etc. if you get bored.

Riveria/Mexico is soooperb!!!

But hey, two friends of mine have had their GT's wrapped recently as they fancied a change (1800+vat). One has gone from white to matt black.... seriously different and the other from black to carbon fibre white which is unbelievable (this was expensive £3500+vat).

Iris Blue Metallic - probably have to be paint to sample, since not a factory color since the 993!
