If that's a 911's cousin, I'm a monkey's uncle.
The bug is the progenitor of the 911, not a mere kissing cousin. That particular bug looks like it has a flat windshield, so it's a pretty early model, but the first design had a split windshield (and probably only came in shades of grey.) The 911 and the Beetle -- two of the most successful vehicles and two of the most widely recognized icons of the industry. "From the smallest acorn grows..."

By any chance, how can I obtain the paint color code on that VW? Particularly, the "orange" paint code from 1973 Bug with 1200cc engine (not 1300cc). Thanks in advance.

I learned to drive in a '78 Beetle
And when I had my '90 964C4, yes, I could feel some simmilarities, but off course, the driving experience was totally different !
