I have a 997 GT3. I don't see it listed in the applications. Which model of "Smart" Top fits?

(ps. By which I mean "why would a sponsor spam to the GT forum?")

spam? lol, I guess posting things for sale or great deals on product for rennlist members is spam...I apologize for this spam. It fits all 997's GT3, turbo, S etc......... If you would like to be able to roll down your windows and sunroof, or perhaps put a delay on your trunk button to keep you from accidently popping it open, or have a chirp to confirm when you have successfully locked your doors, then this product is for you.

I have read your post, I guess I am even more ignorant than I first thought. I still don't unterstand excatly what your product is or why I should be interested in buying one. I'm a visual type guy, maybe a photo would help.

I agree with Carrera GT, you may be on the wrong forum. I don't think you will get much intrest from this group.

To be fair, I thought Smart Top (which is a great thing) was only for Boxsters and Cabrio's to raise and lower the top at a moderate pace without damaging the top. I can't I find it compelling to have a $299 chirp when the alarm activates or to further automate anything on a GT3. For $299, I'd gladly pull out all those motors and put in manual lift straps and jettison the sunroof completely, but that's just pandering to the crowd. : )
