CJ, I have a pic of your car, sorry for the confusion! (I love your wheels!)

Tony, Your car was gorgeous as well, and I'm mad I didn't get to meet you and say hi.

Brian...I was the guy who came up to you while you were removing your tops...hope I didn't get in the way much! Your car was beautiful. I think i have 15 pics of it? I'll pay for an entire tank of gas if you give me a ride!

It was awesome meeting those I did, and wish I would've been able to meet those I didn't.

Thanks guys!

dan, I'm pretty sure we can arrange something like that again...after all- we're all RUF customers and the tunnel is pretty close!

Great meet for a great cause.

BTW R2R, love the boxster with full aero package and GT3 seats. What else have you done to it?

I didn't notice at the time, but I'm glad you enjoyed what you saw. I really like them too, but I can only imagine what they look like on the road. Have you ever wondered how great your car looks while going through the curves?

As you probably noticed I switched to the Porsche sport exhaust. I also lowered it and changed to a B&M short shifter. Other then some interior cosmetic upgrades, I haven't done much else. Sure wouldn't mind a Ruf 3400S conversion and some Ruf wheels though!

Tony,

As always, great to see you too! You need to do something about that intolerance for cold weather. Let's do lunch again soon. Until then, have a very Merry Christmas!

R2R,

Thanks for letting me in line in front of you leaving Ruf and sorry we didn't get to meet. I look forward to meeting next time.

We did have some great exhaust notes in our flight - much better than those silly Italian things.

btw, cool pics you posted and any good roads near Argyle?

Dan,

Great to meet you too! Sorry you didn't win the "race". I know how badly you wanted to!

Like CJ said, we can arrange a tunnel run anytime. That's become my favorite thing to do in that car! Well worth the $0.50 price of admission.

Merry Christmas and let's all get together soon!

Thanks Brian...

You are more then welcome... I kinda did that so my son and I could keep an eye & ear on one of the nicest cars in the run!

There are plenty of windy roads out and around Argyle. Some are a bit bumpy as are most North Texas roads. How well does your car handle the bumps and uneven pavement? I'm always rubbing my wheel wells... I haven't had the time to figure out any routs though. Sounds like a good idea!

And thanks on the pics comment... If you ever need more of your car, let me know, I would be more then happy take more.

It rides remarkably well, although there is a huge clearance issue - it doesn't like bumps and dips too much.

Wow!! I like these pictures too.

Did anyone get some shots of any of the cars while we were passing each other on 190?

I would have, but needed to keep my hands on the wheel while I was trying to catch up to everyone going like stink
