Default is the CLUTCH MASTER covered by warranty?

so my GT3 is at my dealer getting RMS fixed under warranty.

while there, they noticed that the clutch master was leaking, and said it needs to be changed. they also said that the part is NOT included as part of the Porsche warranty, as it is a "wear" part.

the part is fairly inexpensive, so its not a huge deal (though WTF, my car has 5k miles on it, so what's with the part failing already)...

i just want to know if Porsche in other countries cover this part...

thanks in advance guys

Hesperus,

I had a similar conversation with Porsche Dubai some time ago. They felt my clutch was worn out and asked for permission to dismantle it to check it out. When I asked why, they explained that the whole clutch system is not covered under warranty, as its wear depends on "how heavy your foot is". Turned out mine was absolutely fine, but I had to pay 300 dollars to find out!!

Hope they fix it quickly and inexpensively...
