hard to say as it depends on how/where it's stored. generally, I don't use SRF left in an opened bottle. without having the right tools to test moisture content, i'd rather just spend another $69.99 and be safe than sorry.

im with you.... but i would only go 2 months and all depends on where it is stored

I guess one thing you can look at is the dry vs. wet boiling point of SRF - That's the main reason I use it. Based on that, you should be able to use it whenever you want

Thanks for the comments. I guess I was looking for advice on the situation where you have just flushed the entire brake system - there is a small amount left in the bottle - and then you need to bleed a little at the track. Wanted to make sure that the fairly fresh left over was safe to bleed with for a couple of events.
