Default Track Numbers

My magnetic numbers for my 993 do not stick to the GT3. What do you recommend for the track that is easily removable & where did you source it?

Thanks.

Use your computer to print the numbers in black on white paper, trim, and tape with removable painter's tape onto the interior of your rear side windows. Voila!

+1 on the solo performance reusable mylar numbers. The are very visible and easy to use. They stick well to the windows and can be reused a fair number of times. Clean the windows carefully and be VERY careful to put them back on the wax side of the paper carrier.

I know a few people who have the magnetic numbers and swear by them. Mine wouldn't stay attached without tape. They DO fall off. I really didn't like having a big magnetic platter fly off a car in front of me at speed.

Magnetics for autocross works but high speed road coarses not. My friend was following me at thill and I have number 13 individual number magnetic one flew off at the turn and got stuck on my friends hood near his wiper. Wouldnt recommend it. I ordered some soloperformance so never use them but nice to know someone has had good experience. Mike

Magnetic work fine even at high speed, just tape the front edges so wind does not get under it..

Do you guys know where I could get a Porsche specific numbering like Dell? It has Porsche and GT3 logo.

I used these guys recently and had excellent service and results, and they are very reasonably priced.

I used this spray paint can number kit:

If you track alot the magentic numbers with a touch of blue painters tape is perfect and is you dont track alot then shape your numbers out with painters tape. Or I even saw a paperplate with the number drawn in sharpie then taped onto the car with blue painters tape.

Or you could do like this lady who's husband had just bought a new 911 and she decided to track it on her own and brought it up to Buttonwillow and taped the WHOLE DAMN CAR!!!!!!!
