i dont think anyone uses 19" as track wheels. you have very little selection for tires. the cup tires in 19" aren't real cups.

even if you have PCCB, fikse will clear it in 18".

"GT3 nut" has tested several sets of fikse, they WILL CLEAR PCCB.

19" is fine too, just limited choices of tires.

Jhon at CCW wheels told me, he can make a set of 18's C14 to clear PCCB's.

CCW does make 18inch C-14's that clear PCCB's. I have run them on my RS with PCCB's all of last season with 0 issues. Great track wheels at a very reasonable price. They are a little heavier than the Fikse's but also less expensive.

As an expedient, I bought a set of 996 18" GT3 wheels. I think I will run them with Hoosiers since I'm told they'll take 315s on the rears and 245s on the fronts. If a set of Fikse 9s&12sx18s falls from the sky, I'll buy them.

FIKSE!!!!
After some issues at first Fikse has done GREAT by me in having the correct 18" fitment. They are much lighter than the CCW, but as mentioned are more expensive. I have just ordered another set of Fikse's for my RS if that tells you what I think of them.
Call Fikse and speak to Will Anthis. Tell him Matt E. directed you to him. 253-872-3888
No affiliation - just very happy with their service and quality.

Yeah I had Fikse's on my RS America and my 996 GT3 ... what's nice about the 3-piece is if you happen to damage them (as I did running clockwise @ buttonwillow once) you can send the wheel back and get them to replace the rim, I did this, it cost $150 and took less than 7 bus days ... wheel was good as new.

I had both the FM-10's and latterly profil-10's

Fikse's are great. There might be a few weeks lead time. I expect they are very busy getting ready for the season. Mine took 5 weeks a few years back for that reason.
