from this past weekend at TWS. Me trying to catch a fast Gt3. The Gt3 driver is instructor and was definitely quicker thru the corners than me. He put some good distance between us with the traffic - I'm pretty conservative with the passing zones, and it did not help to have the 996Gt3 come out of the pit in between us. I eventually caught him a couple of laps after the camera mount swivel let go, but was aided by him getting slowed up some traffic. Some of the best footage was missed from the camera mount failure. I would have loved to get some more open lapping with him as his lines were about perfect.

Wow, nice driving and great video, thanks for posting!
As a side note and I may be in the minority but it could have been more engaging to listen to the original soundtrack instead of the layover music?

Stephan, the track is Texas World Speedway in Conroe, TX. It is an old Nascar oval which was converted into a 2.9 mile 15 turn road course. It was originally designed as a clockwise course but most run it counter-clockwise for safety reasons (run-off areas).

Thanks Bob, Lone Star PCA runs a smooth and friendly HPDE. This past weekend had over 210 cars entered - our new record! We also have at least a dozen or so Rennlisters at every event - adds to the camaraderie.

Put a piece of racer's tape over the mic on your camera. I do this in my Boxster and instead of a tornado blast I get a nice engine note in my videos.

PSS10's felt great, even better than the progressive Techart springs I had before them. The car never felt unsettled even on the rougher transitions going onto and off of the main straight. The PSS10's for the TT appear to be the same animal as the stock GT3/RS dampeners. The stock TT front strut has the PASM wire out of the top of the strut, whereas the PSS10 and GT3/RS struts have the wire coming out of the bottom of the strut. Both use the main/tender spring arrangement front and rear as well.
