My car is scheduled for completion on Monday. Anyone know how long shipping times are?

It generally takes 4-6 months.

I was just kidding -- should have added a smiley...

If takes 3-6 weeks depending on the port, port traffic, weather at sea, processing time at Porsche's port facility, etc.

If you're desperate, you can always have it air freighted.

Are you saying it took a month after it arrived on the east coast?

For me it was Sept 3 build, Oct 6 delivery. This included an excruciating week to go from the dock to my NY dealer.

But it's all was good in the end!

I was told about three weeks, also the cars are speed restricted to 20 MPH until they get to the dealer to prevent theft and abuse. Great idea as I read a post about a BMW being abused at the port.

Sorry, misspoke on the delivery time. It was one week from East Coast to Illinois.
