I'm going to BW with Jack in Dec. Hope to see you there.
btw, i HATE the little sweeper (just before esses) in config 13, i lose over 2 seconds there. i basically come to stand still.... the only turn i cant figure out.

i love config 1 taking star mazda though.

Sweeper is a double apex turn, very tricky.

Have you done 1 or 13 CCW?

haha, to put it mildly. even in the lotus, i resort to the left side dirt as part of my track. now doing that in GT3 would not be so easy.

config 1 i have done both directions, i like both.
config 13 only CW, and i dont like it much. well i like most of it except sweeper, but without sweeper it would be config 1, LOL. also, with sweeper you dont get the same speed entering the essess like you would from star mazda.

This is what I love about BW. So many variations of the track.

I ran the track 15 times before I ever ran it with bus stop and now I will never go without the bus stop.

I prefer the sweeper as the star mazda is just brutal on the breakes in the CW config (which is what we ran last weekend)

I gotta post my video of this event.

Greg
now you know why i go through pads/rotors so fast. LS T2 is just like star mazda in terms of braking needed.

HKE45boy: Very nice video. Buttonwillow is probably my favorite track in SoCal. For those of you who've run 13CW, have any of you run 13CCW? I found it a lot of fun and very fast. Can only imagine how great it would be in a GT3. Enjoy the car.
