Love love love your ABM .2 RS Mr Adair. Did you ever go with the BBS E07's w/ silver? If so how did that play with the red accents? Post a pic if you went that direction... (something to hold me over during these winter months)...

Nice comments Steve, thanks! The silver BBS 07's did not make the cut for me. I love those wheels but could not get used to them on the ABM. Some liked it, I didn't. My thoughts are that the red graphic package from Porsche on the .2 RS is so strong that anything else didn't look right on ABM. If the car was white it may have been different. I'll look for a photo so others can see if they are contemplating something similar..

I agree with you {didn't want to jinx anything if you had decided to keep them,... but in my minds eye it didn't work}. Even though the wing uprights are silver, and there is a tad of silver/white in the headlights & center of tail lights,... from the viewpoint direct from side, it's not enough to link-up with polished/silver rims.
I love BBS but the issue I have w. these wheels for our cars is that the proportions are not good. The centers are made for 18" wheels and the hoops are stretched to 19". There's just too much "dish."

Exactly! The polished lip is too tall and it makes the centers look too small. Then wheels look small on the car. IMO.
Very cool Mr Adair, that you had that hookup, on that day, to create that pic. Love the Superman colors too.
In fact it was this car (below),.. that was for sale at Jack Daniels NJ last winter, that solidified our decision (wife & I) to limit our search only for Aqua Blue, and finally found it in a 7.2GT3 (ours is more Navy Blue Angels Fighter Jet colors with PCCB & yellow belts, stitching type scheme)...
