"LOL...Not really, it's really me being selfish. The only way the Wifey will let me have a GT3 is if somehow we can fit in the kids. I was this close to buying a TT until I figured this out."
I can just imagine mr. Porsche thinking this way... The only way the Wifey will let me make a sports car is if somehow we can fit in the kids, well... just put the engine a little further back!
wifey is really the source of a great deal of enginuity.

OK...No legal bashing please. Sometimes, it's just nice to be able to take the whole family out for a nice cruise down the Coast. Sure, I could have gotten a Turbo, but they are totally different cars. Heck, I can just take the whole family out in my Prius. But that's not the point.

Thanks Alex for the complements. It was a straight forward install w/ no hiccups since I was using stock parts.
Thanks to Austin (TRD) for hooking me up with the parts he obtained from a stripped 997.

very very cool... have been considering GT3 myself, but I wanted to put a backseat (just ONE) in just IN CASE its needed in an emergency (need to pick up the kid, don't have the other car). Problem is, I am not very handy or mechanical, so I don't think there is anyway I could pull this of on my own. Darn it. the dealer said the think they can do it, but I am sure it would cost me a fortune!!

Ok, at the risk of getting shot at, my daugher is 12 and I would like to take her with me from time to time when I am out with my lady friend. So I am looking for as near to a normal 911 rear seat conversion as possible. I am in UK and have a MK1 2004 GT3. Does anyone know who could do the conversion over here and what it would cost me?
Many thanks, Nick

I have 2007 GT3 and I ordered all parts mentioned above but there was two brackets for seatbelts missing.
So, if somebody has same problem, codes are:
997 504 797 00 (left)
997 504 798 00 (right)
Its a metal triangle where is seatbelt connected.
