Car is sold. Discussions with the first potential buyer had progressed far enough that I felt compelled to tell him, commit today or it's going to North Carolina. Well, he did commit. I would have sold the car to Matt, but he was a bit late to the party and I felt I had to go back to the original guy.

Guys, I have sold a Ferrari Modena 360 (eclou's buddy's car), a 997S, a 996 GT3, and two other Porsches. Nothing came even close to the sellers remorse I have at this moment. I'm dead serious.

On the plus side, I'm shopping for a waterfront cottage this weekend. And, I get the fun of searching for a nice 964 Turbo.

Pretty certain I'll be making close friends with Walker blue label this evening.

Congrats on the sale Jeff. You and I are of the same mindset at this point. There will always be other "uber" cars in the future, and you might be able to pick up another "3" to thrash down the road.

Congrats on the quick sale, it's always fantastic when a vehicle is liquid enough to move that quickly! Before buying the 964 Turbo, be sure to take one for a long test drive. Of all the cars I've owned, it was one of the best looking, but one of the worst drives.

Chasing a well driven Mini Cooper S up the Sea to Sky highway, I was sweating by the time we reached the top and my knuckles were white. That is fun once in a while, but not at the track... I also really disliked the MFI fuel injection system. Even though it was my dream to buy the "bad boys" body turbo, the reality did not match up to the fantasy.

PM if you'd like more info on my 2yr ownership experience with a 1991 964 Turbo. Good luck with your search.

Scott, how about this too. One from when I picked her up in May, one from buttonwillow, a few weeks later.

Beautiful car, I am partial though.

Orange RS AND a red GT3....what are the odds? Great combo eh?

Congrats on the new run-around. Sounds like a perfect plan to me.

Thank you sir ... may I have another?

I'm like Marion Barry to a crack pipe when it comes to these cars.
