I second that!!

Really nice with the mix Alcantera/leather and white stiching. Very nice touch and very different than the usual GT3 seats.

I have the SPA which is the same as the SPG but in carbon and much lighter. They are a good fit and the Cup hardware can be used to install them. Caution - they are a bit tight for an everyday driver.

For the street I would go with the 996 GT3 seats.

it can't be too small for the car.
it may be too small for some drivers though.
however, i think up to 38 waist, should work. i am 33" and it's loose on me.
spg narrower.
when you tried to buy the seat, best is to try it out. i fit just about any narrow seat from *** up. but my prob is my cycling (you know all the perf enhancing drug i have taken over the years ;-) thighs wont fit the front opening of the seat.

also, if you run hans, make sure the shoulder harness hole is at the right spot. if not, you need the seats with BIG shoulder harness holes. and for this you REALLY have to sit in the seat to find out.

i was about to buy a racetech seat. when i tried it out, the hole was BELOW top of my shoulder, i am only 5'9". however, when i tried their seat for TALL person, the hole was right were it needs to be. but the seat was designed for ppl 6 to 6'-6". as you can see my torso is much much longer than my legs.

so long story short, dont buy a seat until you sit in one. preferably drive the car with the seat in it.

for those who needs width, try spg xl. it's same as spg but 30mm wider, has big holes for hans.

but these are only available with FG, not carbon/kev like SPA.

Will the 996 Euro GT3 seats fit the 997 GT3, and if so, are there any required modifications to make that happen. My dealer says they won't fit but I'm not sure that is the case. Any fedback would be most appreciated.

When installing the 996 GT3 seats are there any issues with electronics? (I have two that I want to use when I put in my GMG roll bar.)
