Default Toyo R888 (RA1 Replacement) fits OEM 19"

Just an FYI. Toyo just released their new R-compound RA1 replacement (R888). They have 305/30/19s and 235/35/19 available, so will work with stock rims. Going to pick up a set next week and try them out

You should be able to check for a dealer on toyo's website. They can most likely order them for you.

Thank you, thank you!

Please post back with your impressions of this tire. I'm eager to find something as good as the MPSC OE tires for less than the ~$1700 that TireRack wants!

www.toyo.com still shows the RA-1's being made alongside the 888's. I'm not sure that there are any immediate plans to discontinue the RA-1 (looks like 888 doesn't come in 15" or 16" which are big sellers for RA-1).

Ryan,

That's about what everybody is telling me, they should be here next week. Problem is that I need them for the weekend of 7/8, and with 4th of July in the middle of the week, I kind of like to get those tires ordered today !!

Since I can't find any Nitto 315's or 888's in 315 (both 18"), does anyone know if the RA1 335/30/18 fit on the rear of the RS ?
